Inna Modja is Code Green's CEO and Co-founder. As a long time women's and climate activist, Inna currently serves as both a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and UNCCD Land Ambassador in recongition of her work in fighting for social, climate and gender justice issues.

Inna is also a renowned musician who starred in and wrote the music for the multi-award winning documentary 'The Great Green Wall', which she produced with her fellow Co-Founders at Code Green, Marco Conti and Alexander Asen. The acclaimed film followed her extraordinary journey through Senegal, Mali, Nigeria, Niger and Ethiopia, and was a collaboration with Oscar-nominated producer Fernando Meirelles. The film has been credited as playing a catalytic role in unlocking a new $20 billion funding round for this urgent African-led climate initiative mobilizing support from King Charles III, President Macron and Jeff Bezos.
